If your necklace arrives damaged, defective, or not as ordered, email PrinceEcomSpace@gmail.com within 15 days of delivery with your order reference and a photo, and we will replace it or refund you. Please check your pet photo before ordering, as each necklace is made to order.
Every necklace is made to order. Production takes 3 to 5 business days. Shipping to the United States usually takes 7 to 14 days after production. Shipping is free. You will receive a confirmation email after your order.
Package Protection is an optional add-on you can choose at checkout. If your order is lost, stolen or damaged in transit, we will reship it free of charge. One free reship per order. Contact PrinceEcomSpace@gmail.com within 15 days of the delivery date shown by tracking (or within 15 days after the estimated delivery window if it never arrives), and include your order reference and, for damage, a photo. It does not cover a wrong or incomplete address provided by the customer, or a pet photo that is not suitable. It is not an insurance policy.
We collect your name, email, shipping address, phone (optional) and the pet photos you upload, only to make and deliver your order and to contact you about it. Card payments are processed by Paystack; we never see or store your card details. We do not sell your information. To request deletion of your data, email PrinceEcomSpace@gmail.com.
